| you wrote this exactly as what people say. it's such a shame how cruel people are to people who have a mental illness. this is very touching. you have a heart and soul for writing. maybe you should put a book together. it would be a really good seller. |

| You hit the nail firmly on the head with regards to attitudes to mental illness. I've never suffered myself, but I have close experiences of it. It's a lonely, isolated place to be. Your poem reflects just how hard it is to get others to understand. |
