the silent moments when our eyes would meet
couldnt bring ourselves to say
no need for sympathy
no need for eulogy
stayed up late
sharpened the knives
And the door
Came crashing in
Hands full of blades
Struck down
Setting the table
Struck her down
Christmas eve
Look looky here
