It's my birthday, hooray, hooray I finally turn nineteen today But in all my years what have I learned I've loved, lost, cried, and even yearned Yearned for freedom to get out on my own But somehow i always come back home But now my eyes are cleared From the tears of pain and joy I am living my life, no longer a toy To be played like a babydoll Now my world isn't so small
