As I look at it...
I don't know what to do
It feels like I should
But I know I can't
It causes to much pain
It makes me feel vain
What do I do
It all ends in Pain
I just need some help
I need distracted
But no matter what
I want to cut

| if this is you - i'm really sorry you have that problem. there are websites where you can get help through other people who cut. if this is just a poem you wrote - you did an excellent job! i have a friend who cuts. what you wrote is true. |
