Happy and confused
Confused but happy
things are going my way
I'm here to stay
never thought this would happen
but so glad it did.
you changed my life
without even knowing
everything you say
everything you do
just makes me wanna be with you
you are my best friend
the one I come to for help
the one I love
You are my other half
I never knew this could happen
I never knew I could love again
but when I look in your eyes
I know it's true
Nothing seems right when your not there
being held by someone else
just feels wrong
your the only one I can love
the only one I want to hold me
you are my best friend

this is an excellent poem. i really enjoyed it to the point of tears. i loved how you have such a connection to this person. it is rare to find a better half like that.
