Photographs, these god forsaken photographs
I can't bring myself to burn
Photographs, these stupid goddamn photographs
she'll never return
And it's more than a thousand words,
because I can't even sum up your eyes.
and I'm reminded every day
of this simple six word line,
and so I'll pen,
"You will never love me again"
Memories, every single memory
engraved in my brain
Radiates, their history
***** driving me insane
And it's more than a thousand words,
because I can't even sum up your eyes.

The same blue eyes that brought blue skies
now bring skies of gray
And every word that I let fester
just rots and falls away
And I have no idea what goes on
inside my one-track brain
It's just exponentially more
than I can even begin to say
but you moving on so happily
it makes me ***** go insane
and so I'll just pen
"You will never love me again"...
...but still do you remember when?
I had hope that maybe someday you would love me again.
