i trick a deadly track down a rocky road all those memorys flood back like a river ,a heavy load
the ground stirs in a snowy light falling too summer night my own true love to take this weight but the hours turning light
a rainbow seems grey in the still hush of the day raindrops trickle to tears but a sunrise nears
birdsong is distant mind smile forgiven but unkind if today didnt turn trouble thought twist of fate all i find i would have sought

I found it hard to get a rhythm but I loved the construction and the word choice. Very nice.
Cheers,
