To everyone I did offend, Who Ive always thought Of as dear friends, I really do not understand, How such angry words Came from within this man.
I was on the outside looking in. I couldnt believe what came from him. When I realized that this fool was me, Acting as an ass for the world to see, I was forced to humbly bow my head, To seek forgiveness for the words Ive said.
If any forgiveness lives inside of you, I sure could use an ounce or two. Apologies are what I must give, As Ill be sorry for as long as I live. But since I jumped into this boat, Ill float away to a place remote!
I may return to work the plow, But I must take leave Of my work for now! The words I write Couldnt be more plain. This is the example Set by Herman Cain!
