I write a good-bye
As I start to softly cry
I say good-bye
To all who've had a kind word
I say good-bye
To all who've ever torn me down
I say good-bye
To all who've strove to be my friend
I say good-bye
To all who couldn't be bothered
Thats understanable since neither can I
I'm fed up with smiling and acting
I'm fed up with not really fitting in
Fed up with being rejected
Because I am 'different'
I admit I am, yes I cut,
I'm suicidal, depressed, and yes *gasp*
I respect people even those
Who are weaker than me,
But it doesn't matter now
Its all to late
The tears are burning
The loneliness, the ache
Is beginning to increase
I'm sick of fighting, living for you
One has to consider themselves
And I see no point
One day happy, the next
Depressed, bitter, and torn in ten
My heart is hurting
And I hate feeling this way
I'm sorry, and I'm weak I admit that
Call me a coward
Will it matter? When I'm gone?
I can't convince myself
That I'm loved and cared for
It drives me to tears
And kicks my unworthiness up a few notches
I could ramble on for hours,
But it would be the same *****
My words, feelings, thoughts
Don't matter anyway
Good-bye now
And thank you if you cared
To say a kind word

I love your poem..you have true talent and i can really relate to this poem. i always feel like i don't fit in and that no one loves me or cares for me when tey really do. if you every need to talk im here..always. well once agaim your a great writer.ttyl
