Being scared of being alone
Means fear of self
But what makes you afraid
Fear of hurt, blank mind of thoughts
Pride in self keeps you going
Protection from vulnerability
How do you tell whose intentions are right
Now your different opinions fight
You then get comfortable in a shell
You dream someday it breaks, just by the shore
Then you don't have to swim from sharks
who eat but want more
