The only one there

A nuclear bomb sends waves away

Just for them to come back

is what Preast said

Now I wonder how much of you

is still there

Did your heart ever beat for me?

so much anger in me

I could rip you apart

and laughing as you

tried to gather

up your flesh

in shreds around you

These arms that once

excepted you with kindness

have the intent to kill

I stand here

so confused

wondering where to go from here

I thought we were one

but you let another one in

one I thought was MY friend

you showed me that I have no one

to trust

Remember the cards?

we would work in tragedy

well here is your tragedy

I lay under a blackened sky

split down the middle

while crows as dark as night

feast on my heart and soul

Demons twist my mind around

love one minute, rage the next

I was there when our fists met e/o flesh

I was there when words of hate spit forth

from your hell mouth

I was there

I was there

I was there

I was the only ***** one there!

weeks go by and no showers

I still held you

Gabriel died

I held you

wiping tears till you fell asleep

Azreal died, I wrote you every hour

to make sure your heart still beat

I loved you

with every ounce of my being and more

but now you look at me

as if Im dried and disposable

just remember you selfish *****

I was the only one there

Reilly great writing.
I could never understand The best friend thing.
That really happens a lot and I'm sure they will be doing that long after we're gone.
You captured your subject well.
Hang tuff, blessings, huggs,
emy

I felt each emotion in this write. I am sorry this happened and that your heart is broken.
Keep writing, it is good medicine. Yea the best friend thing, I get it and it is such BS.

They do not deserve you, remember that!

Michelle
