what do you see
when you are looking at me
a smile a tear
what is it that you really want to hear
the outside reveals
what you want me to be
but my inside screams
that is not the real me
on the inside all I do is weep
and all I want to do is sleep
who will listen to my pain
really what will I gain
no one wants to hear the bad
or comfort you when you sad
a happy jolly person is what you desire
even though my heart feels like it is on fire
I do not know what to feel anymore
I need help so desperately
will anyone hear my plea
I guess I will just have to be
so what do you see when you look at me
I know what it is and see what you will
but know this one day
I will be gone with just one pill
