this pain and agony you bring upon me
does much more than you'll ever know
sometimes i wonder, do you care?
sometimes i cant sleep, cuz all i do is cry
then i cant help but ask, why?
i wish for there to be a reason
every wish and prayer is for you to see.
i was a ballerina, you didnt even see my bow
did you know this? do you even care?
maybe you do, maybe not, its just not fair
but yet youre still in my prayers, why?
because i love you, i always will
i want your love, not your bill
your money to me is just a free tank
you treat my heart like a bank
except, you never put anything in
all you do is take, take, and take; what a sin
black and blues may leave the surface
but if you look, they'll never leave another place
all i wish and pray is for you to see
your lil' girl will always be waiting to know
do you ever look at the stars and stare?
do you ever feel like you have a tear to cry?
i no longer want a reason
instead, i'll just sit on this window sill
and thank,
both God and you for your sin
maybe someday there won't be a gap or space
i still love you...do you love me?
