You gave me your promise, swore to be mine, You slept with another, drunk on white wine. You gave me your heart, said it beats just for me, You gave it to another, with barely concealed glee.
You gave me your soul, virginal and pure, I wasnt enough, you wanted more. You gave me your body, we experienced delight, Seems your body is anyones, for the right price.
You gave me these lies, and swore they were truths, Our love was a bad trick, that simply went poof. I cant believe that you treat people this way, You gave me the world, then took it all away.
