When times are rough, and things go from bad to worse,
When everything falls apart, like youre under a curse.
The world is against you; and youre drowning in a troubled sea,
Ill be there for you; you can count on me.
Weve seen each other, through the bad times and the good,
Taken the bullet for the other, like good friends should.
There is no-one else, I can rely on like you,
You figure it out, no matter what you have to do.
Together , forever, best friends till we die,
Youre always true, never have you lied.
Always there, the one person I can depend
Id fight and die for you, right till the end.
So no matter what, or the reason for your blight,
Ill lift you up, and let your happiness take flight.
If youre in a funk, I hope that youll see,
Ill turn it around, you can count on me.
