Cruel and unusual Hurt Written by Josh Alker
There once was a boy, Who met a girl in their senior year. Right away, He knew he would one day call her dear.
They began to speak, And grow fond of each other. He thought to himself, Hell make this girl a mother.
They would spend nights together, Just staring at the stars. Just sitting there, On the bonnets of their cars.
He loved her, With all his heart. They will be together for eternity, And will never grow apart.
Five years had passed, He knew she was the one. His plan was to marry her, But his plan would unfortunately come undone.
It came to the day of proposal, He had the ring all shinny and new. But he was to soon find out, Her love was not true.
He thought hed surprise her, With the thought of wed. But when he came home, There was another man in his bed.
Shattered and broken, Nothing left inside. He had been showing his feelings for years, Because they were too big to hide.
All she could say was sorry, But it was too late he was broken. He gave her everything, And she broke his heart as a token.
As he thought he could no longer feel pain, He took his own life. He stabbed himself, But was killed by her knife.
