Mommy, hold me I'm starting to dream Into the depths of the dreadful unseen Mommy, love me Please hold my hand Take me through our secret wonderland Mommy, hug me They aren't very kind Help me leave all the evil behind Mom, control me I'm getting so strange I'm not hoping for a future of change Mom, believe me I still want your hand I know I'm not perfect, please understand Mother, tell me Why do we grow? Tell me the things I am desperate to know Mommy, hold me I'm drowning in shame Mommy, just love me And I'll do the same.
