When we first met
ahhh
your halo was glowing,
fascination had exploded
melting sweetly
overwhelming us
as we were slow dancing.
We were so good together
loves sensations were overwhelming,
But then confusions and Illusions took control
now every little thing
is scrutinized
as if they are part of some devious scheme.
You've done nothing wrong
but jealousy
has slipped through the cracks
now I hear voices whispering,
simple things said like hello
have me wondering
what do you really mean.
I pledge allegiance
to the self inflicted
emotional torture society,
when ever you encounter me
it's all a facade
I'm undercover
so watch what you say to me.
