Shadows

..............................
I live where you live-
Where you rest-
Where you play.

I have heard
Every word
That you whispered today.

Every thought in your
Tweaky small head
I have spied.

A witness to every
Truth broken
And lied.

I have seen every
Wonder you've
Managed to see.

There isn't a secret
Too secret
For me.

Very interesting. I think you should have placed this in Ambiguous Poetry because there are so many open ended interpretations one can generate from this powerful work. It struck me as self reflective but could just as easily be of God or of our similarities among mankind as a kind. Those are only a few potential ideas which come from reading it for me. As I said it works better for me viewing it as self reflective. Either way you intended it, is not important just that you intended it at all, that's the beauty, the brilliance of this quick shot of poetic potency.

Really Well Done!

You are speaking of your conscience.
Has to be. Class dismissed! LOL!

Loved the style of this and I agree it says alot and yet leaves the reader a bit to ponder. Depth I like it.

This was a joy to read. Insightful.
