Modesty Prevents...
Modesty prevents detailed comment But I must say something to you For I have touched the sky my love When we danced the waltz of touch
I did not think to ever reach The door to sweet Heaven above A journey taken by but a few That would leave us sated -- silent
When we made love we moved as one Our rhythm slow but searching Urging the pace to ever race
Blood building pressure in my ears I feel faint cannot continue Sweet release Nirvana reached

Splendid, splendid. I must say that the time to read outstanding poetry on YPDC must be 2:00 a.m. and beyond (central time). Typically I am not awake but praise this run with insomnia. I was getting very disappointed in the content on this site. Many of the really great poets I once read on here are either gone or seemingly rarely post. This is not the first piece I have read of yours. You are an amazing and gifted talent which I will continue to seek out - if for no other reason than to avoid:
"The sky was blu
I luv u 2
Happy we knew
Da luv of few
tween da pew
we made luv tru
So how r u
dont b blu
I luv u
sweet poopy poo?"
But I will also continue to seek your work because it is profound. You have a gift to marvel and to celebrate. I am excited to know a few names that nearly guarantee an inevitable read worthy of the time and the muse.
Awesome!
