Deep thoughts from the soul

Contributed by MyPoetic_Life on Sunday, 8th January 2012 @ 09:06:33 PM in AEST
Topic: spiritual

We Really dont know nothing at all.
We are born but, dont remember.
We grow but dont know any better.
As children we have to be taught.
As teens we have to experience.
As adults we have to know better.
But I believe we know everything when we are born.
But lose insight on life.
We lose memory as we grow older, like a disease.
We lose meaning, we believe in what we are taught.
We know less and less but are taught more and more.
But we really dont know anything at all.

Think about God.
What comes to mind when you hear the name God?
Sit and think for hours and write it down
Me, I think God is thought.
God is like when you sit and think, and
Create meanings of what life is about,
And when you create in your mind,
Thats what God is.
A mind that thinks and creates.
He is always in Deeper thought,
Than we could ever be and understand.
He has been in that state of deep thought.
Since forever and will remain there forever.
He is in deep thought while we are in a deep sleep.
But If you cant create a dream in your mind.
Then what is the point of your life?
Thats what I think about God.
If he didnt wake and think.
Then we wouldnt be here,
along with the stars in the galaxy.
And he has given us apart of him.
The ability to think,
And create, and Love.
Forever forgiving, and to be in his kingdom.
We are all one in him.
Thats God.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
