I saw the note taped to the easy chair In the living room of my house. I got out of bed to retrieve that note But it was a tissue standing in a kleenex box. My vision jumbles up many things I see, Since the day diabetes attacked my eyes. I grabbed that tissue and I dabbed them, Then proceeded to fill that tissue up with snot!
I am loosing most of my memories, Of things that have happened in my life! I saw the note taped on the easy chair, In the living room, Huh? This sounds familiar, What friend was I about to say? I wonder whats wrapped in this tissue, Maybe its a note to come and play.
Oh, there you are, And there you are too, Wont you please stand still, So I see just one of you! What? You say youre sitting, Right in the easy chair, And that wasnt a note or tissue, You say it was your hair?
Hello, my name is Rob, Have we met this way before? Of course we are not married, For forty one years or more! I wonder who left this note taped to my easy chair, With this gooey stuff within it? Oops, I broke my hip falling And why am I still bare? Once "an architect of love Now slow and with no hair!
