Come crash... a wave...upon the rocks, like shattered dreams... a clock... it stops...
No time to live... for this is life... we watch our hands upon the knife,
for even sand upon the beach, is well beyond the wicked reach,
of hopeless thought... a quickened step, while every man... must hold his breath,
this beach is filled with thoughtless sand, and yet it holds.. no precious plans,
a drink will dry your parched cracked lips, and when they bleed their crimson... lick...
and you will taste your wasted time, neglecting life... your hopeless crime...
the tears of time have filled your eyes, and when you cry, your dreams will die,
and wash your pure... where hope holds sway... oh wretched beauty... come my way...
a sleight of hand... this life we lead, snuffed and gone... before we bleed,
oh let me bleed... just once again, and walk into... the bitter end.

I like your perspective on death, also has a good rhyme scheme. Very nicely portrayed and feeling.
