If something makes health rotten That must be immediately forgotten Instead if it is greedily consumed Daily chores cannot be resumed
In case coffee is not prescribed It must be shrewdly proscribed On the other hand if it is taken Surely health will be broken
That which is to health injurious May make one to take it curious But, if it is firmly avoided with will The resultant health will give thrill
When so many stuffs are available Is not taking the worst unacceptable? We must use reasoning in selection Our act must help in health-protection
If health, the tastiest dish will spoil We must touch it not on the soil Firmly we must say to it 'no' always To give our self truly peaceful days
Taking and then catching disease We must strongly avoid please Any temptation, we must resist For this prayer will surely assist
At any cost, we must say good-bye To bad stuffs and we must not buy If we are very rigid in our decision We can complete finely our mission.
