Come a little closer; let me whisper in your ear
Let me tell you something you were never meant to hear
Never tell another, never let the truth appear
Never let them find the things so close, so real, so near
Statements made of venom slip away from poisoned lips
Reaching for the power, feel it touch your fingertips
Watching as the thread I hang my very life on rips
Every thought of laughter causes my heart to eclipse
Come a little closer and look down upon my skin
See the person everybody wished I could have been
Feel the endless torture that poured out from deep within
Taste the air around you, drenched in every broken sin
Listen to my screams, oh, listen closely to my cries
Search for every nightmare lying down upon the skies
Treasure with your very soul the truth behind my eyes
And cradle your existence with the blood of my goodbyes
