Latter-Day Saint
A Connecticut Cuss-Out
He tried to be normal, To act like a person. But through he dressed formal, He was still George's son.
George's son, George's son, Gone from Lansing town. George's son, you're Mormon: The religion of a clown.
Only nuts will vote for you, And your crazy beliefs. Soon we'll send you out the door, What welcome relief.
George's son, away you'll run, When we kick you out, Don't cry or shriek, And we won't peek through doors to see you pout.
George's son, Brigham Young is dead, But one thing is clear: All will see your empty head, From ear to shining ear.
