Sherlock and Watson were pursuing Mr. Hyde in London fog, on the lower east side running through graveyards, zigzagging to and fro the duo were determined to apprehend humanity's foe earlier that evening, in a laboratory in town Dr. Jekyll drank a concoction, he swallowed the poison down he had been working feverishly to get the mixture right he was ready to test his potion, and he planned to do it that night the elixir did not go easy, you could say it was quite bitter but that did not stop the scientist, not known to be a quitter then the transformation happened, as his entire makeup changed his face became distorted, and his brain became deranged over agonizing moments, Dr. Jekyll lost to Hyde you could see it in his expression, toward insanity he made the slide appearing nothing like his former self, the monster destroyed the lab now obvious to any observer that some victims will meet the slab making his entrance onto the streets, the villain crept about lurking in the shadows, his actions left no doubt quickly gaining a lust for blood, that animal killed for sport he found that killing was easy, for he was a vicious sort the mayhem he was causing caught the eyes of the righteous two that's when Sherlock and Watson joined to assist the Bobbies' crew so, back to where we started, where the deadly game was afoot the chase becoming intense, actually intense would be mildly put closing in on the beastly menace, late into the hazy night the ogre lost his footing, and from a bridge he met his plight upon witnessing what had happened, Sherlock turned to his partner and said "Elementary my dear Watson, now let us go catch The Ripper instead..."
