the sun shines gently in the morning, the leaves blow softly in the wind, to know where your going, you have to know where you've been, car's drive by, planes soar in the sky, strangers walking, don't see pain in my eye, dark clouds hover, police sirens buzzing chasing the robber, red, amber, green, always being told when I can go I love the sound of foot steps in the snow, doubts creep into my mind like the sun, I'll soon shine
