That feeling,
as if I'm not here
constantly pulling me
here and there.
Feet above the ground
head up in the clouds.
numb all over
without a single sound.
That tear falls down
to an endless future.
Never to be thought of
or even looked upon.
There's no coming back
or turning around.
I am gone, once again.
Will I be missed?
Talked about?
Or even...
the latest news?
For now I stay,
up in these clouds.
And as you lay me down
I see the tears fall down.
There they stay.
They are there,
ever so clearly now.
Burned into my heart.
Tearing the soul apart.
How can I live...
here in these clouds?
Your down there,
Talking about...
Thinking about..
Me.
