If you're not a teenage ninja, You've heard of Atilla The Hun. But let's cut him from this story. Today Magilla is the one.
He was a gorilla in a pet store. No one bought him any day. And so he'd run off frequently, To find a family with which to stay.
He was a cartoon just like Yogi, And Huckleberry Hound Dog too. His neighbors were Roadrunner, And Buggs Bunny to name a few.
Magilla was a friendly guy, Not a menace like little Dennis. If you needed help he would come to you, Without a saber, sword, or chemist.
He'd cross the street at traffic lights With Mr. Rogers the right way. And he knew the way to Sesame Street, Where he always found friends to play.
Magilla is just a memory now, And his friends are also retired. And morals taught on these episodes, Those who wrote them have been fired.
