Patriotic

The stars on our flag are white on blue. They stand for our states, some old some new. Red stripes are for blood by patriots that bled. All races are counted In the tears we have shed.
White stripes have a meaning so very fine, Remembering Who leads us, The One Divine. It flies in my yard and on posts where I served. And waves in our school yards, it's anthem heard.
Since our nations creation it has flown in our skies. And onto the battlefields where our Hero's have died. It stands for freedoms and dictators have found. People long for it always, men's hearts can't be bound.
If that offends nations that don't share our belief, Let's no longer assist them, let them wallow in their grief. We are loosing this battle with constant compromise. For we're being led by pure evil, not very wise!
We have lost our shining glory As the lighthouse of the free. The world wants to snuff out our candle, Will we let them? No! Not me!
