The hurt in my heart
from encouraged ache
& unappreciate
the darkness I feel
deep in my soul
I carry with me
just like a troll
I share my hurt with the one's
that don't deserve the mold
the emotion so rapid & strong
I cry with fear
of being so cold
this thing that chooses us & abuses us & creeps
hyppocritical to all even to me
we accuse others of abusing
if we could only see
so much hurtful words
& always hurtfull meanings
this feeling has control
not knowing what it's meaning
it creates a war
down deep in my mind
because anger is a demon
& I'm not blind
it causes the spread of hurt
undeserving to the ones we love
this is my reality
of what anger is made of
