Determination is the best quality
It will take you to the top easily
When your mind is in fine order
Your actions will be excellent
When you are not easily excited
And when your mood is serene
You are filled with great fortitude
And your peace of mind is safe
When you keep a safe distance
From anger, worry and greed
Your path is devoid of blocks
Your progress goes unhindered
Formulate great schemes wisely
And realize them with true aim
Concentrate to achieve all goals
That will bring you a great name
When your mind is calmly steady
Your thoughts have a smooth flow
You will not fear, waver or worry
Your life will be full of victories only
Thousand times you make a try
And learn a lot about this failure
After acquiring mastery in trade
Final assault to win is dead easy
All are never at all experts initially
Skill comes only due to practice
Hard-work gives success at last
Even God may deny, not this toil
Know one thing about this life
This is a gift of God made kindly
Make use of it by being shrewd
Honest efforts invariably succeed
Fools quit and vacate the spot
Wise souls work perpetually
Former embraces utter failure
Latter sets records in History
Ask any successful man a question
He will never give a negative reply
Optimism will be his natural trait
Enthusiasm will be his great habit.

it is again nice to see a post from you here.
