And then it fell Having a time preceding it During which it had not The lights flicker down on Earth here The grass field is dark too but still there Someone saw it happen or perhaps multiple people We know that it provoked at least one thought When will the night know also That a fate so cruel befell one of its own A bright star A star that was not fallen And then it fell too
