four of my daughter's doing their best
are now on this sight
expressing the way I've tought them
finally I've done something right
I tell them emotion's are built in
not meant to be taken apart
so if you must do this do it right
feel it from your heart
"braveheart"is youngest
thirteen & trying so hard
for so many years we were apart
I sent but she never got a card
"babyjewels" is seventeen
she takes joy in what she write's
her word's come together like clockwork
she really is very bright
"thehotshotpoetsquirt"is also mine
fifteen & sometime's pretty funny
she does her best just like a test
even though she has'nt won any money
"thehotshotpoetprincess"my fourteen year old
has a style that I cannot match
her words don't rhyme but that's okay
she write's good & hard to catch
now this make's me proud
I want everyone to see
after so many years of watching
they've all turned out like me
now the only one left is my seven year old
I havent tried to show him how
I can't keep him out of my toolbox
maybe one day just not now
