My life in Florida

with each night come's a knew day
either sunny or it's wet
one way or the other
we've not seen nothing yet
I come from the state of Florida
every day that I live
that would make me a native
always giving my all it's all I can give
yes it gets very hot
here in the sunshine state
we have no use for tanning booths
with this I can relate
our tanning booth is nature
it will tan you pretty fast
the tanning booths will fade away
but our suntan always last
we do not deal with white stuff
up north you call it snow
we like to have control
no matter where we go
where I live is beautiful
it's nature all around
my property is wooded
I've never lived in town
to see the difference
between city light's & here
for most it's very dark
but to me it's very clear
I'm just writing something different
for everyone to see
we can write about anything
our imagination's are free
the hot shot poet
