you want to be caught
don't you?
you want to be accused
you want somebody
to know your sins
and throw them in your face
you want somebody
to acknowledge
that you're real
you want to be accused
you want it to be proven
that you really do exist
not as a fictional character
because real people
don't get away with everything
they have to face responsibility
they have consequences
and lies are always revealed
in real life
but in your soap opera
the temptress
the vilainess
lies constantly
and although everyone knows
she's always allowed to continue
her scams
your scams
only the person
who will name your sins
and hold you responsible
can make you real
until then
you're fictitious
you're a dream
a vision
a piece of living, breathing art
and yet even art has to have
at least one flaw to be real
and you're not
in your mind you see
that until you're made to face
your sins
you will continue in your non-existence
and so you're begging, and pleading
and needing someone
to make you real
am i mistaken?
