Topic: Lifepoems

Having a hard time
Fearing what's to come
What's coming next
can get me feeling numb

The passing of each day
continues to knock me down
but I guess
it's the price to pay

I try to get up
but I'm feeling very scared
Trying so hard more than I have dared

A lot of emotions
like a tidal wave
I have to try
My life I'd like to save

When life gives you a shove
What will help you up
Is something I call love!
