Sea Odyssey

From Royal De Luxe
Came a Sea Odyssey
To the city of Liverpool
From a wet, windy Friday to a sunny Sunday in April 2012

Giant marionettes walked the streets
While the following band played funky beats
A fifty foot uncle
A thirty foot girl
And her naughty dog
We where wide eyed and mouth agog

Astonishing, visually and monumental
The Sea Odyssey was a spectacular
Many thousands came to see
Giants roam our fare Merseyside streets
Sea Odyssey, say magnifique
