A Red Rose stands for love
White is forevermore
but when we start crossbreeding them
no one really knows
their beauty is breath taking
as perfect as its smell
if the Rose could only talk
oh the stories it could tell
no matter how we wish they could
it just wasn't meant to be
their talking may be mythical
but the beauty is Reality
in your heart you might believe
in the magic they possess
if you believe this in your heart
then the beauty does the rest
My poem may be Mythical
trying to keep you on your toes
it's all part of the beauty
in the heart of the Rose

So far by going down the line, this is my favorite! I love how you referenced the rose as a storyteller in a way. It really took my mind for a loop just thinking of what they might say.
