I know it seems I'm a million miles aways,
But think of it this way,
I'm already there,
I live through the love we share,
I know the bed is cold,
When I'm not there for you to hold,
But go ahead and close your eyes,
I'm already there, I'm inside,
I'm the beat of your heart,
I'm where ever you are,
Take a look around,
I'm your shadow on the ground,
I know you long for the warmth of the sun,
Don't worry your not the only one,
Know this, I'm already there,
I'm the sunlight in your hair,
I'm two steps behind, I'm right by your side,
I'm in your bed, I'm the love inside,
There I am in your dreams, holding you near,
Kissing you softly, chasing away your fears,
You ask me when will I come home,
When will you stop feeling alone,
I want you to know that I care,
Close your eyes, I'm already there.
