Foot ball or flute

Contributed by girish on Sunday, 6th May 2012 @ 02:34:08 AM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

I ran ran ran but distance is still far
I kept on singing but song did not end
This went on and on no explanation
In the end I cannot totally understand

When I roamed freely I did not have a figure
But now when I have a figure she is not free
Bat is there in hand but ball went behind
All through my life I cannot understand

The world is running very very fast
But my vehicle has a puncture at last
Even the silly figures do not see me
Why did the god in the roads leave me

I had become a crack and now a joker
I am running two horses without meter
I am now a fuse but I search for switch
Midst of sea I am in a boat that`s a glitch

Both the flute and foot ball has air
Ball sucks the air within and is thrown
Flute uses air as music to be in throne
To be a ball or flute I remain in despair

I like how your poem represents that life can be a confusing, often scary place. We're ALL tossed about like boats with a glitch in a storm, no one REALLY knows what they're doing. That's why everyone needs something to cling too, a purpose greater than themselves to direct them. I beleive that purpose is a loving, caring God who wants a relationship with us.

Hold on, storms can't last forever!
