They sent you away. "It's for your own good," They told you. Now you're on a bus, On the way to a place you hate. A place you dread.
Remember me? We used to laugh together. We used to talk. But they sent you away. And I don't think I can survive, Without seeing your face this long.
I long to laugh again, But now the days drag slowly by, And as the rain beats against my window, I can't stop thinking about you. You're everywhere. I think I saw your eyes in the clouds today.
We can't talk, Because you can't call. We can't see eachother, Because you can't leave the house. Write me a letter, So I can hold it in my pocket everywhere I go.
Remember me? I remember you. This world won't stop, but neither will we. Watch the sunrise, And know I'm watching it too.
