Everything rests on your mantle
And even more sitting on your doorstep
A trophy, a package
A letter addressed only to you
But should your world burn down?
The fire would take everything with it.
It's not that those things never happened
But you forget, you forget
That the world was once on your mantle
That the world was waiting at your door.
So why do you cry?
Your tears have no justice.
Get over the ashes.
They're proof of what has happened.
They're proof of your world.
You turned them black.
You started your fire.
You burned your world.
