I am safe.
My mantra has taken flight.
It's necessary for me.
The trauma is too much.
My divine spirit speaks to me.
What it speaks is known, yet I struggle...
Trauma.
Trauma.
Trauma.
This is the work I signed up for.
I am safe.
It helps me see that not all mean harm.
It helps me unravel my jaded thinking.
I am safe.
Of course I am trying.
Trying to make me better.
And alighn with my spirit.
I am safe.
He doesn't mean any harm.
She doesn't mean any harm.
They don't mean any harm.
Nor do they.
Do they understand?
I am safe.
It's ok to just be.
Just be.
I am safe.

wow, much angst and anxiety. I could really feel that as I read along as it flowed along. Yet...it still seemed to find peace in the ending
It's ok to just be.
Just be.
