I am a poet
let it be known
the words that I write
in my heart have grown
I put them together
to build rhymes I choose
some are of winning
& some to lose
it's my personal way
to make the world look bright
it's what I do best
with all my might
along with my words
you will sometimes see
laughter & smiles
instead of tragedy
my goal is to split
with nothing to hide
the good times & bad
the love & the pride
the hot shot poet
