Smile so no one knows.
Smile so no hurt shows.
Fake it so no one will inquire.
Hide it to be a good little liar.
No, everything is fine.
No, there is not a sign.
No sign that something is wrong.
Got to hold back, got to be strong.
Fighting back all these tears.
Hiding all of these fears.
Waiting for a release.
Just wishing for some peace.

There are probably many of us who can relate to this, especially poets. My cousins has a saying: "I am happiest when I am depressed". I do the same thing.
Other than being sad, this is still a fine little poem. Good job.
