You chase your dreams when your little
Until your parents tell you to be civil
Back then you stopped at nothing
Not even at people''s shoving
You trudged right on through
But then, you got older
People''s judgement tried to stop you
No one can take the power of the beholder
Of a talent so surreal
That it makes you smile with zeal
Someone''s verdict is another''s poison
So what if you''re not chosen
All that matters is what you think
Of how you performed
Don''t let others make you shrink
Or force you to conform
Everyone has a talent
That nobody can take away
You must be valient
And smile anyway
Even if someone doesn''t believe in you
Show them that their thoughts are untrue
Everybody is waiting
For you to Break down
Everyone is watching for you to slow down
But turn around, show them your crown
Because you did your best
And your best, if you want
Can be better than the rest
