Who says money cant buy happiness? He tries to endure the treacherous rush hour traffic. He sinks deeper into his big black Benzs leather massage seats. He yawns, and fixes his dark tie. Conversing on his bluetooth earpiece with the divorce lawyer whos trying to piece back together the life that his nice job shattered and left broken on the floor. He keeps himself prisoner in his work-only heart. One side of the conversation drifts out his window, and finds its way into mine. I listen intently to the mans angry voice. I realize, no one to go home to after work, no family, friends, wife, kids, or even a dog so he sets his GPS for the nearest bar. Where he can keep all his problems at bay. He struck out and had become his fathers child: a man intent on his work and nothing else, hed never even met his dad anyways.
