One blanket and a cold dark night
No one there to hold you tight
The covers strangle you as you try to escape
The lonely thoughts as you realize your fate
Far away, far apart
Im here with a broken heart
3000 miles, and only 3 days away
Ill find my way back, Ill be there to stay
Ill find you there, on that bed
Swimming in blankets, full of dread
It wont last, not for long
It will fade away with the passing of dawn
3000 miles, 3 days away
Im coming home, Im there to stay
